Thanks to the pandemic, we are all spending a ton of money on taking immunity boosting pills, suppliments, etc. and in true sense we all believe that these suppliments actually help us fight the virus or any other pathogen. Are we really thinking this though?
I watched this TED talk by Dr. Jen Gunter where she clearly explains how our immune system works. It opened my mind and hope it will help you learn a bit more about your body too.
Here’s my take after watching this. A balanced diet goes a long way in making us stronger. There definitely are no shortcuts.
